As winter softens and the earth begins to thaw, spring invites us into renewal. In Ayurveda — the ancient science of life — each season carries distinct qualities that influence our bodies, minds, and energy.
Often called the “sister science” of yoga, Ayurveda shares the same roots in ancient India and offers the lifestyle framework that supports what we practice on the mat. While yoga helps us cultivate awareness and balance internally, Ayurveda guides how we eat, move, rest, and live in harmony with nature’s rhythms.
If you’ve ever noticed that your energy shifts with the seasons, that spring can feel heavy or sluggish, or that certain foods and habits affect you differently than others — Ayurveda offers language and tools to understand why.
In this 2-hour introductory workshop, you’ll explore the foundations of Ayurveda and learn how to align your daily habits with the rhythms of spring in practical and accessible ways.
