This free (up to) 60 minute consultation is a chance for us to meet, talk about your hopes and questions for birth, and see if we’re a good fit. I’ll share what a birth doula does (and doesn’t do), explain the kinds of support I offer—from prenatal visits to continuous labor support—and learn more about what matters most to you in this experience.

This is your first scheduled prenatal appointment with me. The location is my studio and clinic. This initial meeting is all about getting to know each other and laying the foundation for your birth experience. We'll talk through your hopes, preferences, and any concerns you may have. Together, we’ll begin to create a personalized birth plan that reflects your values and goals. We'll also cover key topics like provider communication, comfort measures, decision-making tools, support roles, and what to expect during labor and delivery. This is a chance for you to ask questions, share your vision, and feel fully supported as you prepare for birth.

This visit is about feeling prepared, supported, and empowered as you near the birth of your baby. It will take place in your home unless you prefer to meet elsewhere. We'll review and finalize your birth plan, go over any updates or new questions, and talk through potential variations in labor so you feel ready for whatever path your birth takes. We'll also practice comfort measures, labor positions, and partner support techniques to help you feel confident and connected. Together, we’ll confirm logistics—when to call me, how to reach me, and what early labor support might look like. If you'd like, we can also begin discussing postpartum care and your vision for those first days at home. This visit is all about fine-tuning your support and making sure everything is in place for a calm and informed birth experience.

This visit is a time to pause, reflect, and support your transition into life with your new baby. It will take place in your home unless you prefer another location. We'll talk about your birth experience, answer any lingering questions, and hold space for whatever emotions or thoughts may be present. I’ll check in on how you're healing physically and emotionally, and offer support around newborn care, feeding, sleep, or anything else on your mind. Whether you want to debrief your birth, troubleshoot a challenge, or simply be witnessed in your new role—this visit is all about you and your well-being. We’ll also talk about your support system and resources for continued care in the weeks ahead.

A therapeutic yoga class to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support spinal health
This gentle, floor-based class is designed to help alleviate back discomfort, improve posture, and restore balanced movement through targeted yoga therapy techniques. Drawing on principles of functional anatomy, each session includes breath-focused stretches, mindful mobility exercises, and gentle core engagement to address common contributors to spinal tension and imbalance.
Through sustained, accessible poses (typically held for 5–10 breaths), we work to release tight hips, hamstrings, and shoulders, while activating the stabilizing muscles of the core, glutes, and back. The sequence is intentionally low-impact and primarily performed on the floor to reduce unnecessary strain, decompress the spine, and support nervous system regulation.
Whether you’re managing chronic back pain, recovering from injury, or hoping to prevent future discomfort, this class offers a supportive and effective path toward long-term back health. It may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement with a provider recommendation for addressing back pain, spinal dysfunction, or related musculoskeletal concerns.
This class is ideal for individuals with back, sacral, or sciatic-area discomfort, including those experiencing postural imbalances, spinal stiffness, or limited mobility. It supports people recovering from musculoskeletal injury or navigating chronic pain, and offers a safe, effective movement option for beginners or older adults. It may also be a good fit for those who have found traditional yoga classes too fast-paced, physically demanding, or overly passive.
