
Both 60-minute classes blend movement and meditation to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and reset your nervous system. The first session will focus on ENERGY balancing, the second session on SLEEP. We will begin with a yoga flow, incorporating gentle breathwork and mindful movement to prepare the body for stillness. This is followed by Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation scientifically proven to enhance relaxation, improve sleep, promote healing and restore energy. During these practices, you will lie comfortably on your back for Yoga Nidra meditation.

During this Yoga Nidra, we will focus on restoring harmony and balance through the 7 major energy centers, most commonly referred to as chakras, that run up the center of the body. This class aims to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and reset your nervous system to promote healing, rewire negative thought patterns, and restore. Â

This Yoga Nidra is designed to guide you into a state of deep relaxation, promoting restful sleep and stress reduction. We will incorporate body scan meditation and breathwork techniques, leading you towards a state of blissful, restorative sleep.
