This 90-minute workshop is designed to help you achieve deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical well-being. We begin with a Yin Yoga pose, held for several minutes to release tension in the connective tissues and prepare the body for stillness. This will be followed by Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation scientifically shown to activate the body's relaxation response, lower cortisol levels, and improve sleep quality.
