Expand Into Winter: A Yin & Thai Bodywork Ritual

Limited to 8 Participants • Special Event
Start the New Year by giving your body exactly what it’s craving—space, release, and deep support. This slow, luxurious blend of Yin Yoga and Thai-assisted stretching is designed to help you step into January feeling grounded, open, and renewed.
Move through long, supported postures while our Thai practitioner provides personalized hands-on stretching throughout the room. This combination of stillness + assisted movement creates a full-body reset perfect for the start of a new year.

You’ll experience:
• Long, supported Yin poses to melt tension
• Thai-assisted stretching customized to your body
• Gentle traction, compression, and assisted opening
• A soothing, meditative atmosphere to calm the nervous system
