Whether you’re seeking peace of mind, better health, or a way to support your healing journey, Calm and Clarity provides a supportive space to breathe, reflect, and restore. 45 minutes of guided breath, meditation, savasana. 15 minutes of JOURNALING. Bring a journal! If you choose not to journal, feel free to take a longer savasana or other posture, breath, meditation.
