This 20 minute sequence can be used to downshift the mind and body after intense focus, especially if you've been focusing on your computer, with numbers, problem solving. We begin more physically to help move the mind away from the heaviness of what it was involved in. And then we wind down toward deeper floor postures, breathwork and rest.
